Loved our 1 night here. The staff were both incredible and super friendly. The location was marvellous and fab, in the library's and the interior design was amazing. Further, it was next to the centre of the redeveloped Britomart, ferry terminal and great eateries.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic. We had numerous dining options nearby and loved exploring different cafes for our morning coffee. Plus, there were plenty of shopping opportunities and attractions within walking distance. We even enjoyed some water activities at the nearby harbor. The room itself was modern and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. our stay at Hotel Britomart was enjoyable and memorable.

While the breakfast was a letdown, with a limited selection for the price we paid, and the lack of parking was inconvenient, taking quite some time to retrieve our car, these were minor drawbacks compared to the overall positive experience.
